That's fantastic. Any business with a leading question like 'I caught ____ giving 5 star service' on their comment card deserves everything they get!
I almost seconded Jason's comment there...until I saw that it was the 16th Street Mall location downtown here. (shiver) I'll be happy to get disease and whatever else-free fast food downtown let alone anything else. Again...(shiver).
